Welcome to Alegria Properties, a family-owned collection of ocean-view vacation rentals on the beautiful Oaxacan coast of Mexico.
Our two properties - Casa Alegria and Cabanas Alegria - offer a relaxed, adults-oriented, beach experience with spectacular Pacific Ocean views, beautiful sunsets (photo taken at Casa Alegria), and easy access to the restaurants, cafes, yoga, and beaches that make this part of Oaxaca so special.
The beaches are just a short walk (~3min) from both properties and offer swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and small boat sea-life tours (whales, mantarays, dolphins, and turtles).
The village centers of San Agustinillo and Mazunte are walkable from both properties.
Casa Alegría
Casa Alegría is located in quiet Rancho Las Hamacas in the paradisiacal seaside eco-village of San Agustinillo, Oaxaca.
Unique for its dramatic Sunset Views and Bird Watching, Casa Alegría features:

Cabañas Alegría
Cabañas Alegría is ideally situated where the paradisiacal twin beach villages of Mazunte and San Agustinillo meet, for easy walking to beaches/restaurants/shops/and more.
It is 1-mile away from Casa Alegria and comprises three individual cabañas (1-2 guests) and one large "dual master-suite" home with kitchen (2-6 guests).
Each feature wonderful ocean-views and private wooden decks.
Just a 3-min walk to favorite swimming beach Playa Elefante, and 2-min walk to renowned Yoga Hridaya.
